Aston Martin Super Sport

British car manufacturer Aston Martin has been collaborating with Star Electric Cars France to create a new project dubbed Aston Martin Super Sport. The new model will be produced in a limited run of only 8 units, each priced at a whooping €7,500,000 (around $9,600,000 at the current exchange rates).

  The Super Sport will be powered by a twin-turbocharged 5.4 liter V-8 engine producing up to 950 horsepower, this awesome engine is mated to a six-speed manual transaxle synchronized with an integral, torque sensing limited-slip differential. The exhaust system is powder coated. The brake kit includes Brembo or AP carbon ceramic brakes.

 The limited edition supercar is only available in left-hand drive and features upward hinging doors. Furthermore, the Aston Martin Super Sport will feature carbon fiber bodywork, scissor doors, and a DB9-inspired front end. The interior will boast Recaro seats, leather/alcantara upholstery, carbon fiber trim, and a satellite navigation system with iPod connectivity.

 The coachbuilder will only make eight cars worldwide, each color will only be made once. Sky blue is available immediately. As a customer you can visit the company to see the car and test drive it. He or she can choose the color for the exterior and interior as well as any additional option.

 Simply awesome, I bet the billionaire car enthusiasts can't wait to add this beauty to their collections.

Arash AF10 Supercar

Those car enthusiasts with a strong memory might recall the Arash AF10, a prototype supercar which was displayed at the 2006 London Motor Show. Come November and this car will be back in the spotlight as the company is now finally ready to unveil the first production version of the AF10 to the world.

 

The supercar will make its world debut at the 2010 MPH The Prestige & Performance Motor Show. The AF10, which to some may look like the ugly sibling of the Ferrari Enzo, was originally slated to be an affordable supercar. However, pricing is to start at £620,000 (approximately $1 million), which Arash hopes will allow the AF10 to steal sales away from other small-scale supercar manufacturers, such as Koenigsegg and Pagani.

 

 

The car is said to use the 550-horsepower seven-liter LS7 V8 engine from a Corvette ZR-1. For this car, the engine would crank out up to 475 ft-lb of torque. The engine would be mated to a six-speed Graziano GT-ME1 transmission. The car would ride on custom two-piece aluminum wheels measuring 9.5×19 inches in the front, and 12.5×20 inches in the rear.

 

The body of the Arash AF10 is made of a carbon fiber body and panels with a core of aluminum in honeycomb configuration. The body will be manufactured, Arash says, by F1 engineers, who are used to using carbon fiber on top of a honeycomb aluminum core. The Arash AF-10 comes straight from the factory hitting a top speed of 205 mph, however for those of you who crave more than the standard 550 HP offering, the British super car builder will also prepare an 800 HP and 1200 HP version.

Maybach 62 Facelift

Maybach, the top-class limousine , wich offers the best comfort for the passengers . the perfection can't be improved , but not with Maybach .There are some new features, which give a bit more personalization and comfort to owners of the incredible car.
The new improvements are a new chrome radiator grille, which further emphasis the high status of the vehicle. The bonnet is also refined by shaping its edge, there is a new trim of the front bumper,which include daytime driving lights with LED technology. The upgrades end with the dark red tail lights, specially developed paint and last, but not least the stylish wheels.
But  the most stunning option for Maybach 62 and 62 S models is the huge 19" cinema screen and the overview camera for the rear passengers.
Also maximum power of the S models is increased to 630hp without rising the emissions.
The standard models are equipped with new high-sheen 21 spoke 19" wheels in titanium silver and the S models have as standard new 12 spoke 20" wheels in noble sterling silver.
Other new feature is the Bahamas Blue paint, which can be ordered for every model in the range.
The inside is more exclusive than before. The rear reclining seat which has only been available in the Maybach saloons with a long wheelbase up until now can, with immediate effect, also be installed on the front-passenger side in the rear of the Maybach 57 and 57 S models. Other special option is the piping, which can be hand-braided or adorned with valuable CRYSTALLIZEDTMSwarovski Elements.
One of the most important extras in Maybach is the WLAN router, which makes possible wireless internet access during the journey. It supports fast transmission standards HSDPA, UMTS and GSM/EDGE.
The luxury limo is also equipped with a new mobile phone hands-free system with Bluetooth functionality and a newly developed DVD player in the rear, which also reads extended DVD formats.
The warranty covers 8 years or 200 000 km and it is available with two packages – Excellent and Basic.




 

Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Panamericana

The Gullwing-America team lead by Chief Engineer Arturo Alonso has started work on an exterior styling package for the new Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG in an effort to make it look more retro and closer to that of the legendary Gullwing 300 SL.

As you can see from the stunning renderings, the clean grille, the ribs on the bonnet and fenders and other details that made the original Gullwing a collector's item are featured in the conversion kit - dubbed "Panamericana" - and consists of seven body parts made from a hybrid of aluminium and carbon fibre, two side vents, a set of chrome details including a grille frame, new oval dual xenon headlights, a staggered set of GWA wheels (19-inches at the front; 20-inches at the rear), a sports exhaust system plus other bits and pieces.

Alcantara centre-piece insert for the seats with special contrast stitching to resemble the plaid design of the past and a set of illuminated brushed aluminium door sills that light up with the engraved Panamericana logo as you open the doors are the only optional upgrades for the stunning interior.

The Bugatti Veyron Diamond Edition

The Bugatti Veyron Diamond Edition, 1:18 scale of the real car, is undoubtedly the world's most expensive model car. The attention to detail while designing and creating this model is most definitely commendable. The engine and all parts are modeled to perfection and the hood and steering are functional. The bespoke creation comes accompanied with a certification of authenticity, glass house, aluminum case as well as a photo documentation of the manufacturing process.
Despite being the size of a toy, Bugatti Veyron Diamond Edition costs twice as much as the real Veyron. An exclusive creation, this model is limited to just 3 examples only.

Porsche 918 Spyder

The 918  Spyder is one of three hybrid models Porsche presented at the Geneva Auto Show in March, The car is powered by a V8 engine capable to deliver 500 hp but also by two electric motors, one on the front and one on the rear axle with an overall mechanical output of 218 horsepower. This means that the car delivers a total output of over 700 hp which can push the car from 0 to 62 mph in just 3.2 seconds and a top speed limited electronically to 198 mph.
Although the power output of the Porsche 918 Spyder is enough to start a nuclear power plant, its CO2 emissions are low enough for it to be driven by the Green Peace. It sends out in the atmosphere just 70 g/km.

The Koenigsegg Solar-Electric Quant Concept

The Koenigsegg Solar-Electric Quant Concept Car looks like a toy car.
This is an innovative concept that takes energy from the sun. This solar-electric car amazed spectators at the Geneva Motor Show and earned bragging rights to Swedish car manufacturer NLV Solar and Koenigsegg.
With a charging time of less than 20 minutes which is good for 300 miles, the Koenigsegg Solar-Electric Quant Concept Car is indeed a car to watch out for when it if it makes it to production stage. Thanks to fool's gold or pyrite, this novelty of a car takes advantage of the tremendous photovoltaic properties that can revolutionize solar technology and the car industry.
NLV is a leader in pyrite technology and it has managed to prove this leadership to the world with the Koenigsegg Solar-Electric Quant Concept Car. It has assured car enthusiasts about the high efficiency of their Pyradian solar cells which will turn the Quant into a massive moving solar panel.
It seems this concept will soon become a reality because prototypes are already being made to scale up and in preparation for production. But even if it sees production will the Koenigsegg Solar-Electric Quant Concept Car gather enough interest for the market to gobble it up as a practical auto?

Audi R8 5.2

This is the new 2011 Audi R8 Spyder 5.2 Quattro V10 which, the car that has been shown in the Iron Man  2 movie .
In case you need to be reminded, the 2011 Audi R8 Spyder 5.2 quattro comes with the same V10 engine found in the R8 LMS racecar and the R8 5.2 quattro coupe, which means it can produce 525 HP at 8000 rpm and 391 lb-ft of torque at 6500 rpm. The Audi R8 Spyder 5.2 quattro can hit a top speed of 195 mph and it only takes 4 seconds to reach 60 mph from a stand still. Like the coupe, the Spyder gets all the usual Audi goodness you'd expect: quattro all-wheel-drive, a choice of a six-speed manual or seven-speed R tronic gearbox, and, and it's a convertible, heat-resistant leather that can remain up to 68 degrees cooler than regular leather thanks to a special treament process.
The German automaker confirmed the 2011 Audi R8 Spyder 5.2 Quattro V10 arrival across US for in month. Audi will also offer the Audi R8 Spyder 4.2 Quattro V8 later this year, which powered by the same 4.2L V8 from the coupe making 430-hp with a maximum torque of 317 lb-ft. That allows for 0-60 mph to come in just 4.8 seconds with a top speed of 186 mph. Pricing will be announced closer to launch.

The Bugatti Galibier Concept

This is the new Bugatti's Sedan Concept titled "Galibier", Which debuted at this years Frankfurt Motor Show, it's very similar to the coupe .Bits and pieces of the Veyron are seen all over this saloon.the interior looks awsome . Under the hood there are 16-cylinder, 8-liter engine with two-stage supercharging. Combination of art-design concept with Bugatti Galibier unusually rigid, but is also extremely light. And the wings and doors are made of aluminum.
The culmination of its centenary of ceremonies, presented Bugatti Automobiles SAS customers and opinion leaders of the Galibier Bugatti concept in the most exclusive, elegant and powerful car with four doors in the world .
Bugatti's current president, Dr.-Ing. Franz-Josef Paefgen said that the Bugatti 16C Galibier is one of the studies, which draws the concept of the company concerned, the future of the brand Bugatti.

Corvette Stingray Concept

Have you seen Transformers : Revenge of the fallen ? will I did , and I did see the 2009 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Concept .As you can see from the pictures, this is no ordinary Vette. The body has been changed dramatically to resemble the old Stingray from 1959 while also using bits and pieces from other generations.
There has been some major work done to the body of the new Stingray. The grill, lights, the rear. Pretty much the entire car has had extensive remodeling.but the quad exhaust has been replaced.
I don't have information about what's beneath the hood, yet.
The Stingray Concept looks futuristic and unique and modern, progressive interpretation of the 1959 Stingray. Or a bad looking car , I only for the best .

Nissan Stillen GT-R

Race car driver Steve Millen and the Stillen team built their version of the GT-R in 2009 for the Targa Newfoundland race. The Stillen crew lightened the GT-R by 172 lbs. and tweaked throttle response and suspension.and a as result a 0-60 run of 2.9 seconds and an 11.0-second quarter-mile run at 127.9 mph. Living up to the name "Godzilla", the Stillen GT-R's roar registered 101 dBA, compared to the stock GT-R's 891 dBA.

Ford Explorer 2011

This is the new Ford Explorer has just been shown is ints production state, it won't be the body on frame SUV, but a unibody crossover, this should improve fuel economy, as will as the EcoBoost V6 motor, it should get 19 MPG City, 28 MPG Highway . But it will be still be able to tow up to 5000 pounds . It's expected to be released in the showrooms in this fall .

Mercedes Benz CL63 AMG 2010

Mercedes unleashes the new CL63 AMG, with a hand-built AMG 5.5-litre twin-turbo V8 with 571bhp and 663lb ft of pulling power. wich according to BBC TV Show Top Gear Website is considerable,if you are in the mood for pulling.

Using subtle forms of witchcraft and some Big Brains, the CL63 AMG sends its power to the rear wheels via a seven-speed AMG semi-automatic gearbox to hit 62mph in just 4.4 secs, and a top speed of 186mph with the AMG performance pack.

Despite the massive power, the new 5.5-litre V8 - which replaces the 6.3-litre AMG of old - gives 7.4mpg more than before, and emits 29 per cent less CO2.

Still, drive-it-like-you-stole-it and you'll notice the AMG's standard fit Direct-Steer and torque vectoring brake systems, the latter of which gently applies the brake on the inner wheel when cornering.

You get a range of AMG trinkets to trumpet your autobahn-crushing dominance to puny earth-cars, including some rather tasty 19-inch light-alloy wheels.
